Overview
The Outlaw is an 81-in freestanding dart cabinet housing a 15.5-in electronic dartboard with 29 games and over 90 variations for up to 8 players. The cabinet stands independently on its own leg supports — no wall anchoring required — but wall-mount hardware is also included if you prefer a fixed installation. Cabinet is MDF in a cherry finish at 24 in W x 9.25 in D x 81 in H, assembled weight 78 lb. Ships small parcel at 87 lb.
The electronic scoring system tracks scores automatically for all players with voice and sound feedback. Two integrated dart holders and two storage shelves keep accessories organized inside the cabinet when closed. Includes 6 soft-tip darts and AC adapter. 180-day limited warranty. Rated for ages 10 and up. Assembly approximately 45 minutes.
Construction
Leg supports fold out from the base to make the cabinet freestanding — no studs, no drilling, no wall damage. For permanent installations, the included wall-mount hardware anchors the cabinet to a stud. At 81 in tall, the cabinet positions the dartboard at the regulation 5 ft 8 in throwing height without floor shims or adjustments.
The regulation 15.5-in electronic board tracks scores automatically for up to 8 players across 29 distinct games. 90+ game variations means the same group can play for months without repeating the same format. Voice and sound feedback announces scores and calls out significant throws without requiring a scorekeeper.
Cabinet is MDF with a cherry finish. The 24 in width and 9.25 in depth profile fits against any wall without projecting into walkways. Closed doors conceal the dartboard, dart holders, and shelf contents — the cabinet reads as a furniture piece when not in use.
Two dart holders are built into the interior door panels, keeping darts accessible at throw distance without leaving them on a separate surface. Two sturdy shelves inside the cabinet store chalk, scorecards, extra flights, and accessories in a single organized location.
The electronic board runs on AC power via the included adapter. The cabinet is positioned against a wall where an outlet is accessible — the cord routes inside the cabinet back panel to keep the front face clean.
Six soft-tip darts are included, matched to the electronic target surface. Wall mounting hardware is in the box for buyers who prefer a fixed installation over the freestanding leg configuration.
Buyer's Guide
Wall-mount dart cabinets require locating a wall stud, drilling into it, and committing to a fixed position. If the room layout changes or you move, the cabinet leaves a hole in the wall. Freestanding cabinets like the Outlaw eliminate all of that — the leg supports set up in under a minute, and the cabinet can be repositioned to any location near an outlet. The trade-off is that freestanding cabinets are less resistant to being knocked forward; on a carpet or textured floor this is rarely a practical issue, but on smooth tile or hardwood a small rubber foot pad under each leg support solves it.
The difference between 29 games and the 20-game Magnum (BG1042D) matters if the group plays regularly. A 20-game library is sufficient for casual use; 29 games with 90+ variations provides enough variety for a dedicated game room where the board sees use multiple times per week. The freestanding format also means you do not need an unobstructed stud section of wall — a significant practical advantage in game rooms where shelving and mounted equipment already occupy wall space.
