A majority of our Game Room Empire items are transported via LTL freight. When your order arrives at the "final mile" location, the delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery.

Warranty

Warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 4, for the applicable Warranty Period (as hereinafter defined), Spider 360 will repair or replace at its plant in Loves park, Illinois, any of the following parts of the Product which Spider 360 determines is defective in manufacture or workmanship under normal use and service: the Electronic Package; the darthead assembly (consisting of the spider, segments and matrix); and the cabinet and components of the cabinet. “Electronic Package” means only (i) the power supply chassis and the parts mounted
directly thereon, (ii) the main computer printed circuit board, (iii) to the extent installed by Spider 360, the modem (if any), and the light dimmer board. The “Warranty Period” starts on the date of purchase and means (i) one year with respect to the Electronic Package, (ii) one year for the
monitor, (iii) one year with respect to the darthead assembly, and (iv) one year with respect to the cabinet and cabinet components. The Product will not be defective if it substantially fulfills the performance specifications. This warranty shall not apply to any of the Products or parts thereof
repaired or altered by anyone but Spider 360, operated or installed contrary to instructions or contrary to this Agreement, or subjected to abuse, misuse, accident or improper environment. This warranty applies only for the benefit of the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable. For this warranty to apply, Buyer must (i) give Spider 360 written notice of any warranted defect within 10 days after discovery and, in any event, not later than the date on which this warranty expires, and (ii) deliver the Product into Spider 360’s possession within 15 days following the date on which the warranty claim notice is given to Spider 360. Any Product which is the subject of a warranty claim must be shipped to Spider 360 freight prepaid. Prior to repair or replacement, Spider 360 shall have the right to examine the part at Spider 360’s plant in Loves
Park, Illinois. If Spider 360 determines that this warranty is inapplicable, Spider 360 will notify Buyer, and labor and parts furnished at Buyer’s request shall be paid for by Buyer at Spider 360’s then current rates and prices. Spider 360 neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for
it any obligation or liability in connection with the Product which is not expressly provided for under this Agreement. Spider 360’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing warranted Products and the expense of the lowest transportation costs for return to Buyer
or, if the Product in question cannot be repaired or replaced by Spider 360, to the return of the purchase price paid for the defective or nonconforming warranted Product in question; provided, that Buyer shall first return to Spider 360, and Spider 360 shall have the right to thereafter
retain as its own property, those Products for which a refund of the purchase price is to be made. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 4, Spider 360 does not warrant that the operation of the Game Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. THE WARRANTY SET
OUT IN THIS SECTION 4 IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE ORDER OR THE PRODUCTS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

SPIDER 360 3000 Series Dual-Head Electronic Home Dartboard Dual targets. 24-inch display. Commercial-grade hardware.

The 3000 Series is the only Spider 360 home model with a motorized dual-target system. A regulation 15-inch standard target rotates to reveal a 13-inch Master Target — the same compact face used in serious soft-tip leagues, where its tighter scoring zones separate competent players from skilled ones at the same throw line.

Six exclusive Flip Board game modes are unlocked by this hardware and run on no other model in the Spider 360 lineup. Combined with the standard 40+ game library, the 3000 Series carries 46+ playable variations covering X01, Cricket, Galaxy 3 non-standard formats, and the flip-target exclusives.

A 24-inch LED display sits above the cabinet for clear scoring across the room — five inches larger than the screen on the 2000 Series. Tri-color RGB illumination eliminates target shadow at any throw line angle, and an integrated camera enables premium event validation through The Leaderboard online ranking system.

Mark Dart, the built-in adaptive AI opponent, plays at four named skill brackets defined by Marks Per Round: Amateur (1.5–2.0), Intermediate (2.1–2.5), Skilled (2.51–2.99), and Master (3.0–5.0). Up to three human players can compete head-to-head, with Mark Dart filling in as a fourth.

01Motorized Dual-Target Flip System

The cabinet houses two regulation targets on a motorized rotating mount: a 15-inch standard face and a 13-inch Master Target. The smaller Master Target is the same compact face used in NDA-style soft-tip competition, where its tighter scoring zones expose imprecise throws that look fine on a standard board. Six exclusive Flip Board game modes only function when the system can switch faces mid-match.

0224-Inch LED Display

The integrated display measures 24 inches diagonally, five inches larger than the screen on the 2000 Series. Visibility from the standard 8-foot oche is unobstructed, and during multiplayer games every player can read scores, MPR/PPD calculations, and Leaderboard standings without leaving the throw line.

03Impact-Resistant LLDPE Cabinet

The cabinet is roto-molded from linear low-density polyethylene rather than the particleboard found in most home boards. LLDPE absorbs missed-throw impacts that would dent a wood cabinet permanently. The rotational molding process produces a single-piece shell with no glued seams. Total cabinet weight is 140 pounds.

04Tri-Color RGB-LED Illumination

A perimeter LED array casts even, color-adjustable light across the target face. Shadow-free illumination is the practical difference between a clean triple-20 and a misread score from a partially obscured segment, particularly during evening play in rooms without overhead lighting positioned directly above the board.

05Integrated Validation Camera

A camera mounted above the targets captures throws for two specific functions: validating qualifying scores for premium Leaderboard events that require visual confirmation, and recording a reference for disputed marks during local matches. The camera does not stream live remote play.

06WiFi and Ethernet Connectivity

Two connection methods are provided. WiFi handles firmware updates, Leaderboard syncs, and event registration; Ethernet is available for installations where wireless signal is unreliable or where a wired connection is required by network policy. The board can also operate fully offline once initial setup is complete.

Buyer's Guide

What separates a tournament board from a home board.

The vast majority of home soft-tip dartboards ship with a single regulation target. Tournament-style play in established leagues like the National Dart Association also uses a smaller Master Target at 13 inches, which tightens the scoring zones and exposes imprecise throws that look fine on a standard face. The 3000 Series carries both targets in one motorized cabinet — a configuration normally limited to commercial machines found in dart bars and amateur leagues.

Marks Per Round and Points Per Dart are the two universal soft-tip skill metrics. MPR measures Cricket performance; PPD measures X01 performance. Without a board that tracks these automatically, a recreational player has no way to know whether their game has actually improved over six months. A 2.0 MPR Cricket player is functionally different from a 2.7 MPR player, even if both feel like they're throwing the same darts on the same board.

Cabinet construction varies more than buyers expect. Particleboard cabinets dent permanently when a missed dart hits the housing rather than the target, and over time the board becomes visibly worn from accumulated impact. Roto-molded LLDPE — the same plastic used in industrial fuel tanks and impact-rated containers — flexes slightly under impact and returns to shape. The 3000 Series cabinet is built to outlast the electronics inside it.

Online ranking is the practical reason most serious recreational players upgrade beyond a basic home board. The Leaderboard tracks MPR and PPD against players globally, archives match history, and qualifies validated players for premium events. Without that connection, a board is a closed system — useful for casual play, less useful for measuring real progress against the broader population of soft-tip players.

What's the difference between the 15-inch and 13-inch targets, and when do I use each?

The 15-inch target is the standard regulation face used for casual play, league practice, and most online Leaderboard events. The 13-inch Master Target is the smaller competition face used in NDA-sanctioned tournaments and elite-level matches; its tighter scoring zones reveal precision differences that don't show up on a standard board. Six exclusive Flip Board game modes also require the dual-target hardware and only run on the 3000 Series.

Does it ship with everything needed to play out of the box?

The package includes 6 darts, one throwline, and 500 replacement soft tips. No additional accessories are required to start playing. The board operates on a standard 120 VAC outlet drawing 4.8 amps.

Can I use steel-tip darts on this board?

No. The Spider 360 3000 Series uses electronic sensor segmentation designed for soft-tip darts only. Steel tips will damage the segments and void the warranty. The 500 included soft tips are sized to fit the included darts.

How does The Leaderboard ranking system work?

After connecting to WiFi or Ethernet, players register a Leaderboard account and submit games for ranking. The system tracks MPR for Cricket and PPD for X01, ranks players globally within their skill bracket, and qualifies validated players for premium events. Match data syncs automatically when the board is online; offline play is recorded locally and uploaded on the next connection.

What does the integrated camera actually do?

The camera serves two functions: validating qualifying scores for premium Leaderboard events that require visual confirmation, and recording a reference for disputed marks during local matches. It does not stream gameplay or enable head-to-head remote play.

Does the 3000 Series support live online play against other players?
