RAM Game Room Marseilles 60" Billiard Light three painted-shade fixture in burgundy, blue, or green.

The Marseilles uses painted metal shades — not stained glass, not frosted glass — which produces a different lighting effect from either. Painted metal shades reflect the chosen color back into the room as ambient wash while keeping the downward light cone neutral and bright. The result is colored room atmosphere plus useful task lighting on the table.

Each shade is metal painted in the chosen color. Light reflects off the interior of the shade and washes the surrounding room in that color, while the downward beam stays neutral and bright. Different from stained glass, which colors the downward light directly.

The matte black bar is the consistent design element across all three color options. It visually anchors the fixture and provides contrast against the painted shades.

Stained glass shades color the downward light — the playing surface itself takes on a warm or colored tint. That's atmospheric but visually busy under serious play.

Painted metal shades keep the downward light cone neutral white while reflecting color into the surrounding room. Result: the playing surface stays clearly lit; the rest of the room gets the colored ambiance.

Pick the color based on what the room is doing. Burgundy pairs naturally with traditional dark wood (walnut, English tudor) and red or brown leather furniture. Blue works in nautical, transitional, or cooler modern spaces. Green is the most flexible — pairs with both traditional pool felt and broader green-accent rooms.
