Overview

JAWS Pinball Machine Stern's licensed JAWS pinball — all four films, Amity Island, and shark-themed mechanical features.

Stern's JAWS pinball celebrates Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment's JAWS franchise, spanning all four films. Players take on the roles of Quint, Hooper, and Brody to defend Amity Island from the shark threat across Fourth of July weekend — the central narrative of the original 1975 release.

Mechanical features inspired by the films include a sculpted shark figure on the playfield, harpoon-themed shot mechanisms, and a 'blood in the water' visual cue tied to multi-ball and high-jackpot scoring. Audio integrates John Williams' score and dialog from the original cast.

02Sculpted Shark Playfield Feature

A custom-sculpted shark figure mounted on the playfield serves as the title's signature mechanical feature. The shark interacts with ball paths through magnets and physical motion driven by player shots.

03All Four JAWS Films Integrated

Footage, score, and dialog from all four JAWS films are integrated into the mode structure. The audiovisual library is sourced from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment under license.

04Harpoon Shot Mechanisms

Harpoon-themed shot mechanics are built into the playfield — players take controlled-aim shots that mimic the harpoon sequences from Quint's Orca pursuit.

05Amity Island Theme Art

Cabinet and translite art carries the Amity Island summer vacation aesthetic — boardwalk colors, beach signage, and the iconic film typography integrated across the artwork.

Stern Insider Connected is included on all current Stern production. Operators running multiple Stern titles can manage all cabinets through a single operator portal — meaningful for routes and FECs running multi-title programs.
