The Walking Dead Remastered is Stern's modern revival of one of the most beloved pinball titles of the last decade. Built in partnership with AMC Networks under license for AMC's The Walking Dead franchise, the Remastered release runs on Stern's SPIKE 3 electronics — the latest generation platform in Stern's lineup.

The Remastered cabinet ships in Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition models. Gameplay walks players through key scenes from the AMC television series in a physical pinball experience that builds on the original Walking Dead playfield with new modes, updated rules, and the SPIKE 3 audiovisual upgrade.

01Pro and Premium Editions

The Pro is the standard production cabinet. The Premium adds upgraded cabinet armor, additional mechanical features, and premium playfield art. Both editions share the Remastered rule set and SPIKE 3 platform.

02SPIKE 3 Electronics Platform

The Remastered release runs on Stern's SPIKE 3 platform — the latest generation in Stern's electronics lineup. The board set is current production and is fully supported for future firmware updates.

03AMC Walking Dead Licensed Content

Footage, dialog, and music from AMC's The Walking Dead television series are integrated under license. The cabinet covers key scenes and survival sequences from across the series.

04Expanded Rules Over Original

Game rules have been expanded over the original Walking Dead pinball release. New modes, scoring paths, and wizard mode triggers are exclusive to the Remastered cabinet.

05Survival-Focused Mode Tree

The mode tree is themed around survival mechanics — fighting walkers, scavenging supplies, and protecting key characters. Player progression mirrors the show's escalating threat curve.

06Stern Insider Connected

Insider Connected is included for global leaderboards, operator analytics, and remote firmware updates over the cabinet's network connection.
