The cumulative build-up of 10 lacquer layers creates a playing surface depth and smoothness that 2–3 coat surfaces cannot match. The additional coats fill the butcher block grain variations, producing a near-optically-flat surface that delivers consistent puck speed without the variance caused by grain texture in thinner-coated surfaces.
0226-in Wide Cabinet
The Montecito cabinet is 26 in wide — 1.375 in to 1.75 in wider than other models in the lineup. The extra width provides more gutter depth on both sides, giving players additional visual warning margin before pucks reach the gutter — relevant for players still developing their speed control on longer tables.
03Driftwood Finish
Butcher block top rails and driftwood-finish cabinet panels — a combination that brings the Montecito's farmhouse aesthetic into alignment with the Montecito pool table and foosball table finish families. The driftwood palette is designed to function as a furniture centerpiece in open-plan game rooms and home pub spaces.
04Three Climate Adjusters
Three climate adjusters positioned at both ends and the table center allow precise bow compensation on the full 11-ft playing length. The center adjuster is critical for surfaces longer than 9 ft where mid-table bow cannot be corrected effectively from the ends alone.
05EVA Foam End Caps
End caps at both scoring zone boundaries are EVA foam — impact-absorbing and quiet. At 354.2 lb, pucks that reach the end of the Montecito's surface carry significant momentum; EVA foam caps absorb this energy without the impact sound of harder materials.
06Carpeted Gutters
Both side gutters are carpeted. Carpeted gutters reduce the clatter noise of overshooting pucks — relevant in a game room adjacent to living spaces where noise from competitive play is a consideration.
