NBA GameTime Basketball Arcade Game
Shipping & Delivery
Overview
NBA GameTime is ICE's mid-sized version of the NBA Hoops cabinet — a redesigned arcade basketball game with new LED lighting, slam-dunk sound effects, a moving hoop, and a removable top arch that lowers the cabinet to clear 8-foot (96-inch) ceiling installations. The cabinet is officially licensed by the NBA and ships with deluxe custom marquee options for all 32 NBA teams.
Gameplay is operator-programmable from 30 to 60 seconds with an adjustable bonus round. The default 40-second game runs 30 seconds at 2 points per basket and 10 seconds at 3 points per basket, with a settable 15-second bonus round at 1 point per basket. The cabinet uses real hardwood floor and the same basketballs as Hoop Fever and NBA Hoops — meaningful for operators running multiple cabinets.

Construction
The top arch is removable, lowering the cabinet to clear 8-foot (96-inch) ceiling installations. The feature is the central differentiator from full-height NBA Hoops cabinets — meaningful for residential and constrained-ceiling commercial venues.
Cabinet marquees are available for all 32 NBA teams. Operators target the cabinet to local NBA franchise audiences — a meaningful guest engagement multiplier in cities with strong team loyalty.
The hoop moves during gameplay — and the motion can be operator-adjusted between moving and stationary. Operators tune the difficulty curve to the venue audience.
The shooting ramp uses real hardwood flooring rather than printed laminate — meaningful for both visual authenticity and ball-bounce consistency over years of use.
Operators set gameplay duration from 30 to 60 seconds with an optional bonus round. The default 40-second game runs 30 seconds at 2 points per basket and 10 seconds at 3 points per basket, with a settable 15-second bonus round at 1 point per basket.
Cabinet LEDs strobe from front to back during gameplay — the visual sequence reads from across an FEC floor and drives the cabinet's attract presence.
Buyer's Guide
NBA GameTime is the cabinet to specify for venues with ceiling clearance limitations. The removable top arch and lowered configuration fit 96-inch (8-foot) ceiling installations — taller cabinets in the ICE lineup do not.
Ball compatibility matters when running multiple ICE basketball cabinets. NBA GameTime uses the same basketballs as Hoop Fever and NBA Hoops — operators stocking a single ball inventory across the lineup save on per-cabinet ball replacement costs.
ICE manufactures NBA GameTime in Buffalo, NY. Replacement parts ship from domestic stock — meaningful for operators running service contracts that require rapid parts turnaround.
The cabinet is officially NBA-licensed. Custom team marquees are available for all 32 NBA teams — operators near a specific NBA franchise see meaningfully higher per-game spend with team-branded cabinets.
