A composite plastic triangle rack for 2.25-in billiard balls. Interior dimensions are sized for a tight 15-ball rack with minimal ball movement during positioning. The smooth molded plastic interior slides across billiard felt without catching fibers or leaving drag marks. Dimensions are 12.25 in L x 12.25 in W x 1.25 in H at 0.6 lb. Ships small parcel at 0.55 lb. No warranty.

01Composite Plastic Construction

Composite plastic resists the cracking and warping that affects cheaper single-material plastic racks under repeated use. A warped rack produces inconsistent ball positioning — the rack should hold all 15 balls in contact with each other for a tight break.

02Smooth Molded Interior

The interior surface is smooth-molded without seams or flash. A smooth interior reduces the friction that causes balls to shift during rack placement, producing a tighter rack without manual repositioning of individual balls.

Internal dimensions are calibrated for 2.25-in regulation balls. Using this rack with smaller balls (1.5-in or 2-in from compact table sets) will produce a loose rack with ball gaps; the rack is sized specifically for standard regulation balls.

The molded shape slides smoothly across billiard felt during positioning without the fiber-catching that occurs with rough-edged racks. Felt preservation during racking is relevant over the lifespan of a table — rough racking accelerates felt wear in the rack zone.
